Negative: Poor service, communication issues, repeated failures to fix the problem, and lack of updates.
Positive: Reliable, goes above and beyond, and consistently does good work.

Very poor service and communication. He has been out twice without fixing the problem and has yet to give me an update without a my calling him to get information. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

An independent operator, Henson goes above and beyond to make sure that each job is done right.

We have used him several times. Always did right by us.
